North Hutchinson Island 

                                                                                                                                         N. Hutchinson Isl. is known, due to the surrounding protected wetlands,  for it's executive high rise residences with panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the inter-coastal Indian River.  It boasts of ten miles of beautiful beach. 

Vero Beach, located in Indian County, is less than five miles and two miles away, respectively,  from the Bryn Mawr Ocean Towers on N. Hutchinson Island.  Vero Beach has been awarded the designation as one of the ten best  communities in the United States.  While N. Hutchinson is known for high towering buildings on its beaches, Vero is known for it's low-rise buildings surrounded by trees.  Vero is the place to go for many of your cultural and shopping needs.  

South of North Hutchinson Island is Fort Pierce's fishing community.  Fort Pierce has been developing plans for historic preservation of it's older neighborhoods.  The downtown beachside area has recently been restored and is quite the tourist attraction.
